Standard BMT65 or VDI40 turret is either driven with dedicated built-in motor for high torque and up to 10000 rpm output or with economic belt driven Fanuc motor for easy maintenance.

Cartridge type built-in spindle provides ideal features of low vibration, high speed, power torque and low temperature growth with A2 –8 spindle nose. It comes with standard oil cooler for temperature control.

30 degree machine bed provides outstanding machining stability for X saddle travel on hardened and wide slideways. It also facilitates chip removal. Additional auxiliary Y slide at 30 degree slope enables eccentric machining of a powerful and heavy turret.

Optionally available is a compact powerful built-in sub-spindle with A2-6 spindle nose, cooled jacket and high precision ring encoder to replace tailstock for second operation after part is done with primary machining on the main chuck.

Subspindle base is driven by W axis assembly for stable and swift movement while low friction, quick response and precision positioning is assured with wide linear ways.

Massive base and 30 degree slant bed is a one piece structure made with high quality Meehanite casting stress-relieved to ensure deformation free performance after years of use. Wide slide ways are to be precision ground for durable and reduced friction operation.

Machine is fully enclosed in metal guard of rugged build to contain chips and coolant. Smooth sliding door and safety grass window enable easy access for loading and unloading parts, as well as monitoring machining process.

Digital pressure gauges are installed to display continuously operating pressure applied to chucks in OD or ID clamping mode, as well as braking pressure of main and subspindle in positioning or interpolation operation. Their alarming levels can be set conveniently with softkeys individually on each of the gauges.

Optional Renishaw or Marposs tool setter is available with plug-in type in manual operation whenever tool offset of each tool needs to be checked, or in highly efficient auto mode during machining cycles so that tool wear can be adjusted from time to time to control cutting accuracy.

Optional Swiveled arm can be installed to enable catching parts on main spindle side with compact basket and deposit them to a conveyor through an opening at the front door. Operator can then collect finished products from the adjacent bucket at timely interval when the machine performs fully unattended automatic operation with the addition of barfeeder and bar stock magazine.

Latest series from Fanuc are offered with renewed design, enhanced basic functions and ease of use. Intelligent servo control software enables self-learning for fine tuning and convenient setting to match various cutting conditions, thus enables shortening cutting time, improved surface finish quality and chip shredding for super cutting efficiency. Higher servo motor speed and increased spindle motor torque makes possible delivery of larger horse power output with reduced drive size and power consumption.

Coolant tank neatly fitted to the right bottom of the machine can be easily pulled from the front after removing chip conveyor for easy periodic cleanup.
